RealWorks® is the trademarked name for a group of real estate settlement companies working together to create a seamless flow of service for the consumer. Begun in its present format in 2000, the company has grown to now include 3 retail offices located in South Tampa, Citrus Park and Brandon. The combined offices currently house over 100 employees and independent contractors. In addition to their retail offices, RealWorks® also staffs many sales centers for new developments.

RealWorks® is made up of three companies; a real estate brokerage, a mortgage lending company and a title insurance company. The professionals who work in these three divisions have a common philosophy and goal: to create a superior real estate services experience for a buyer or seller. At the heart of the RealWorks® business model is accountability. The companies under the RealWorks® umbrella operate as one, creating an integrated approach to the real estate services industry that has not been duplicated by any competitor.

RealWorks® has set a strict minimum standard for all associates who do business under their name. The average RealWorks® real estate associate has over ten years experience in the industry and over half have completed the education requirements to receive one or more of the prestigious, national recognized Realtor designations. RealWorks® associates also boast an average of 3.6 million in closed transactions per year. This is well above the Tampa Bay average production. These experienced associates have assisted in the sale of many types of real estate products, including commercial properties, planned unit developments, luxury homes and condominium properties. RealWorks® also has associates who specialize in new development projects, including high rise condominiums and townhome projects. When you do business with RealWorks®, you are assured of dealing only with the top professionals in the industry.

Since its inception in 2001, the RealWorks® real estate division has become the 12th largest company by sales volume in Hillsborough County, and Tampa Bay area expansion plans are a parth of the growth plan of management.

The mortgage professionals employed by RealWorks® have an average of five years of experience in the industry, and they rank among the top 10% in the Tampa Bay area with mortgage volume exceeding 60 million per year. The mortgage division of RealWorks® has originated all types of loans to the consumer, including VA, stated income, fixed and adjustable rate loans and home equity lines. Special packages for new developments are also available. The RealWorks® mortgage company has been named as the preferred lender on many new construction projects in the Tampa Bay area.

The professionals of the RealWorks® title division are held to the same high standards as the other divisions. The typical RealWorks® title employee is a licensed title professional with an average of 10 years in the industry. The title policies written by the division are underwritten by Stewart Title Insurance Company, a nationally recognized leader in the title insurance industry. RealWorks® has conducted closings for a variety of real estate transactions, including commercial developments, condominium projects and single family home sales and refinances.

For the consumer, the product offerings are many, and include buyer representation, listing and sale of existing homes, new construction sales, relocation, mortgage loan financing and escrow settlement services. The goal of all of the Real People at RealWorks ® is to insure a seamless flow of real estate services throughout the buying or selling process.
